Collection: 1989-2003 Dodge Cummins turbo parts

1989-1995 Dodge Ram 5.9 Cummins truck had an H1C turbo charger. The earlier model trucks had no intercooler, the later model trucks used a intercooler which also changed the compressor housing design to a vband outlet on the compress housing. We have an upgraded Billet compressor housing and wheel kit that is a direct fit for the H1C for the intercooler trucks to make turbo upgrade that is a little bigger than the hx35/40 hybrid but in an H1C form.

1996-1998 Dodge Ram Cummins Trucks had an HX35W, which used a 56mm x 83mm 8+8 blade compressor wheel.

1999-2002 5.9 24v Dodge Cummins Trucks had 2 different turbos:

The 99-02 automatic trucks use an HY35, which uses the same compressor wheel as the HX35 53.9mm x 78mm compressor wheel but used a 58mm x 65mm turbine wheel. The HY35  turbo uses the same rebuild kit as the HE341 and HE351CW turbo chargers. The HY35 has a similar bearing housing to the HE351CW and HE341 turbos but the diffuser of the bearing housing is 1mm shorter on the HY35. The HY35 turbine housing and He341 HE351CW turbine housing are both 9 cm but the HE351CW and HE341 turbine housings castings are different and they both use the same turbine shaft. We do not have any housing upgrades available for the HY35, but the HY35 turbo housings are machinable for all of the HX35 HX40 wheel upgrades.

The 99-02 manual transmission trucks use an HX35 with a 53.9mm x 78mm compressor wheel and 60mm x 70 mm turbine. Both models of the 99-02 24v trucks use a matching manifold that has 2 M10x 1.5 studs threaded into the manifold and 2 M10 x1.5 studs threaded into the turbine housing.
